For our EA roles, the ideal candidate must have experience in calendar management and booking travel. Prior industry experience is not always required, however past experience temping in similar fast-paced environments with a preference for Private Equity or boutique finance is desirable.

They’ve got a great track record and are on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to join their team of over 25 admins in the NY office. THE ROLE

This firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior executives in the firm!

The company looks for EAs who are impressive and have a white glove service mentality. They need someone to come in, hit the ground running and someone who can keep up with the fast pace. This role will require someone who is professional, has a hands on deck mentality and remains calm under pressure.

Duties will include:

  • Calendar management
  • Complex travel organization
  • Planning and executing events
  • Preparing and reconciling expenses
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

 

THE CANDIDATE

The firm is looking for a candidate who is bright, extremely proactive, and has great organizational skills. This individual should be accountable, self-assured, and hard-workers.

THE CLIENT

Our client is an established private equity firm with about 100 people that is based in Midtown! They are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistants to join their dynamic team in New York. This firm requires an ‘all hands on deck’ mentality and prioritizes teamwork!

The company has a really wonderful team of 8 admin who are collaborative and dedicated to their work. They’re looking for someone like-minded to join their growing team who can come in and hit the ground running.

 

THE ROLE

This firm is currently hiring for two roles on their Private Equity and Investor Relations teams, respectively. Both roles will be supporting the whole team, between 8 to 12 people, made up of Associates, Analysts, and Directors. The candidate should feel comfortable and confident supporting a team of this size!

Duties will include:

  • Calendar management
  • Travel organization, international and domestic
  • Managing expenses
  • Creating presentations
  • Being a team player – this is an all-hands on deck mentality across the team!

 

THE CANDIDATE

We have an amazing new opportunity at a Paris-based Private Equity firm which also has an office in London and works on a global scale. The company is looking for an experienced Assistant to support three Managing Partners and help out with a range of other aspects of the business. Fluent French and English is essential for this role as the office works closely with its British counterpart and uses English on a daily basis in the office.

 

The role:

Although the role is mostly a classic Executive Assistant position, you would also be helping with some HR and IT matters temporarily while another Executive Assistant is on maternity leave; because of this, some experience with HR is preferable. You would be working alongside a small team of Assistants who all support each other and all help out around the office.

Your duties would include:

–          Managing two complex diaries

–          Organising international travel – mostly within Europe

–          Inbox management

–          Prioritising and juggling many tasks at once

–          Ad hoc administrative duties

–          Helping with IT issues e.g. coordinating with service providers and ordering equipment

–          Handling HR matters e.g. coordinating onboarding, performance reviews, and interviews

 

The candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience as an Executive Assistant in professional services, ideally within finance. The team is really looking for a flexible and positive individual who is willing to be hands-on and help out when needed. One of our clients, an international financial advisory firm who is the leading company in their field, is expanding its Paris office and is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a senior sales associate who has recently joined their team as well as assist in general office duties. We are working exclusively with this client on filling this role and we have already placed an Executive Assistant in their Paris office who is greatly enjoying the culture and flexibility there. The office is a very international environment, not only because the team is multilingual and multicultural, but also due to the fact that there are regular interactions with other offices around the world. Being able to speak French and English fluently is very important for this role, as well as being an open-minded person who is willing to take on a variety of tasks.

 

The role:

The position is an Executive Assistant role supporting a senior member of the team; however, you would also have other responsibilities, including assisting the office manager when needed. There is also the potential to support another senior member of the team further down the line as the team grows.

Some of your responsibilities would include:
