Administrative Manager
THE CLIENT
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established and highly reputable private equity firm based in New York! They are looking for an EA Manager to support and enhance the high calibre support team population.
THE ROLE
They are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role that is wanting to step up and take on the role! They are hoping for someone who is results driven, strategic, possesses good judgement and commercial acumen as well as being collaborative with a friendly approach and with ability to influence.
Reporting to a senior team member your responsibilities will be to assist and coordinate the recruitment process, manage and arrange cover for sickness and holidays, onboarding, training and development, benefits and other ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise. You will need to be extremely proactive and look to gain and build your HR and employee relations knowledge.
THE DUTIES
Responsibilities will include:
– Manage a team of 25+ admins
– Coordinate recruitment process for Administrative / Executive Assistants
– Onboard, train and manage admin population
– Manage and arrange cover for sickness and vacations
– Lead career progression, development and growth opportunities
– Conduct performance reviews
THE BENEFITS
– $140-160k base salary
– Core hours 9am-6pm
