We are looking for a fabulous Business Manager to join a global financial services company based in Mayfair. You will be responsible for managing correspondence between the executives, executive support staff and HR as well as supporting the leadership team and contributing to projects.

This is the perfect role for a senior Executive Assistant who is looking for progression into a Business Manager role. We are looking for EAs who are confident communicators, have worked at C-Suite level and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage others is also a huge advantage in this role.
- Support the leadership team with meetings and events
- Manage and develop a team of executive support staff
- Project management
- Lead on people and event insurance arrangements
- Work closely with the communications team to deliver key internal messages
