We have just taken on a fantastic new role for a German and English-speaking business services coordinator within a leading Private Equity firm in Munich! You will be responsible for supporting a team of investment members as well support teams with different projects. Due to the firm’s global presence, absolute fluency in German is vital for this role as well as the ability to write and converse in English to a professional level.

The role
As a business services coordinator, your role will stretch across many different elements of the firm. Whilst you’ll be assisting and supporting a team of investment members, you will also be expected to help with the day-to-day running of the office as well as greeting visitors and organising internal and external events. The role will include:
- Administrative support for the team of investment members
- Project management
- Meeting coordination
- Organising team lunches and other events
- Receptionist duties; greeting visitors, maintaining meeting rooms, IT support
- Budgeting and expenses
- HR admin tasks
The candidate
The firm are looking for someone who is consistently professional, proactive and detail savvy in their job whilst sharing their firm-wide values and maintaining a positive attitude towards everything they do.
The firm are really interested in candidates with the perfect attitude and personality for their company so somebody who is a team player, has a passion for their job and is comfortable with a wide variation of responsibilities is perfect for this role. A candidate who has worked in an office environment would be a great fit for this role whilst experience of financial services would also be ideal but, not an absolute must.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with strong competency of Microsoft Outlook is vital. Fluent German is essential whilst advanced professional English is important as you’ll be required to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
