We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for an EA to work for a top investment Bank based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair!
They are looking for an EA/Office co-ordinator to join their small and growing team. In return for your hard work you will receive up to 40k plus an amazing benefits package to match!
Day to day your main duties will include:
- Diary management and organising travel itineraries
- Organising and hosting corporate client events
- Assisting with corporate roadshow logistics
- Meeting and greeting new and existing clients
- Day to day office management
- Ad hoc admin duties
The key thing that they are looking for is a proactive attitude and loads of initiative! We need someone who will think beyond the initial task and take the next step – as a result there will be loads of scope to develop this role.
Strong communication skills, a ‘can do’ pro-active attitude, and previous experience in a similar fast-paced industry is essential.
