We have an incredibly exciting role for an experienced EA/OM to take on, based in St. James’s. This role is 1:8, supporting the head of Europe, and lighter support for a senior advisor, directors, and an associate. You will be managing the office and assisting the team with high attention to detail and proactivity.
THE CANDIDATE:
· Experience working as an EA in private equity or financial services preferred
· A hard-worker, someone who gets stuck in to a role without much guidance
· A team-player, always willing to lend a hand where help is needed
· Highly proactive and organised
· Willing to be online in evenings as company is California-based
THE ROLE:
· Travel booking
· Expenses
· Diary and meeting management
· Salesforce CRM management
· Liaise with senior management internally and externally
· Recruiting for associates
· Coordinate with EAs on US team
· Coordinating with IR team to assist in roadshow development
· Conference planning and organising
· Maintain the office
· Ad hoc administrative duties
THE DETAILS:
· Core hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm with flexibility
