My wonderful client is looking for an EA to support the CEO for a one year maternity contract. The right candidate will be a seasoned EA who is a motivated self-starter with great energy, enthusiasm and who thrives in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This really is a great opportunity for professional EA to add value within a small but successful global Prviate Equity firm based in Mayfair.

The role
- Supporting the CEO’s office with day-to-day EA activities
- Coordinating global travel itineraries
- Complex calendar management
- PA support as required
The candidate
- A confident self-starter who has experience supporting C-Suite Executives
- Proactive, forward thinking and ability to probelm solve on the go
- Attention to detail and able to take initiative and work independently
- Great communicator
