We have just taken on an exciting role with an international investment firm as an EA/Office Manager. They are based in Piccadilly and have around 18 people in the London office.
· Diary management
· Arranging regular international travel arrangements for the team
· Expense management
· Answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors
· Arranging monthly client events and team socials
· Being the lynchpin of the office, maintaining office supplies
· There will also be an opportunity to get involved in marketing
To be successful in this role you must be switched on with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background working in finance.
· Core hours are 8:30am-6:00pm
