Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Paying up to £60,000
We have taken on an opportunity for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join an expanding private equity firm based in Mayfair. They have just over 50 people in the London office and culturally they are extremely hard working, collaborative and energised by the work they do.
This is by no means a traditional role, there will be many moving parts and you will get exposure to all parts of the business.
They are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic about joining and taking on this position. This person needs to be proactive and someone who has a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the role and really make it their own.
– Support the Investor Relations team
– Diary management
– Organising international travel
– Helping manage and support the team with IT
– Managing expenses
– Updating and managing the website
– Organising events, offsites and AGMs
– Supporting HR
– 25 days holiday.
– 2 days WFH
