Are you looking for your next EA role? Our client is a Mayfair-based private equity firm in search of a detail-oriented, calm, professional EA. They have around 1500 employees globally and 200 employees based in their beautiful offices in London. They have a very collaborative admin team who work extremely hard.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent time management and job prioritisation skills. This is fantastic company to work for–it’s fast-paced, professional, extremely friendly and you will be communicating across a range of stakeholders. They are looking for someone who is a team player with excellent communication and administrative skills.
The main elements of the role will include, but not limited to:
· Managing busy diaries
· Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and off-site events and holidays
· Invoicing and expenses
· Coordinating extensive, worldwide travel and itineraries
· Allocate and process expenses
· Ad-hoc projects
· Core hours 9am-6pm
· 25 days holiday
· Lunch allowance

· One day working from home
