We are seeking a superstar Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join a private equity firm based in Mayfair. This company have a great culture! They are professional, friendly and value their employees and their employees’ wellbeing.
They are based in the US but expanding and opening an office in London. This is an EA role to support a Partner on a 1:1 basis as well as be responsible for Office Management. They are looking for someone who is proactive, personable and a problem-solver.
- Providing 1:1 EA support
- Coordinating the running of the office
- Complex travel arrangements
- Extensive diary management
- Event management
- Ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and have relevant Executive Assistant and Office Management experience.
- The benefits package is still being developed. However, as this firm has an established presence in the US, we anticipate that the benefits offered will fall in line with London market standards.
