Read on if you are an experienced Executive Assistant, interested in supporting a Partner and three others, working for a global alternative investment firm. They have an exceptional reputation, and you will be based in spectacular, brand-new offices working alongside a wonderful team of Executive Assistants.

This company is incredibly collaborative, and they are looking to find someone that fits in with their friendly, hard-working team.

This is a senior Executive Assistant Co-ordinator position, where you will be able to work with full autonomy and be fully integrated into the team. You will be directly involved with managing the admin behind the deal and project processes, liaising with clients and senior stakeholders and will be the lynchpin for this busy team. We are looking for an EA who can work autonomously, can demonstrate resourcefulness and great leadership skills.

THE ROLE:

• Inbox management for the Partner
• Extensive and complex diary management for the full team
• Managing complex travel
• Organising conferences and off-sites
• Prepare and edit relevant documents 
• Proactively manage the DealCloud CRM projects
• Interact closely with the firm’s investors and internal senior stakeholders
• Provide support in the recruitment process of new hires
• Expenses
• Ad hoc projects
