EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Are you interested in an executive assistant job with a fast-growing specialist alternative investment firm? Our client is looking to hire a high-calibre, executive assistant with a confident manner to join the current team of EAs. This is a permanent role working for a forward thinking and highly successful boutique alternative investment firm, located in stunning offices in the City.
As an EA you will be joining a great group of EAs supporting a small team of 4 -5 investment professionals ranging in seniority. The culture here, is close knit and sociable out of hours, and focussed and professional during working hours.
On top of the traditional EA duties of complex diary and travel management, and processing expenses. Your EA duties will also expand to include;
- CRM management for new clients and deals
- Providing prep for presentations
- Working closely with the other EAs to deliver high end client events and off sites
- Organising completion dinners
Our client is looking for EAs who have a strong investment banking or private equity backgrounds, with proven longevity and tenure in each role. You must have experience supporting a small team of executives and take pride in prioritising heavy workloads and working in a collaborative team
