We have just taken on an exciting Executive Assistant role for a globally renowned alternative investment firm based in the City of London. With about 350 people in the London offices, the client boasts a flat working structure with lots of collaboration and a positive culture.
Based within the Real Estate Team, this role is perfect for a superstar EA who is a real team player and can juggle multiple priorities. The bulk of the role will focus on managing complex diaries and schedules, but will have the opportunity to get involved with other projects.
- Diary Management
- Complex travel booking
- Organising lunches and dinners
- Visa and itinerary management
- Expense management
- Document preparation and management
- Ad hoc support to wider team
Having a muck-in attitude and the willingness to learn is needed, as is a positive approach to working collaboratively. Being ambitious and a team player with strong organisational and communication skills is ideal. A background in financial services is preferred, but not essential.
