Executive Assistant

THE ROLE
This Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to senior executives and business leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling domestic and international travel. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and business leaders
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with ongoing executive projects
- Support day-to-day administrative needs for leadership teams
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration
- Utilize technology and productivity tools to drive efficiency and organization
- Build strong relationships across teams and serve as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders
THE CANDIDATE
- 5-8+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Financial services, investment management, real estate, private equity, asset management, or related experience strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint
- Reliable and highly accountable
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Polished communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders
COMP & BENEFITS
- Base salary up to $120,000
- Bonus eligibility
