We have taken on a new role with a boutique alternate investment firm looking for an EA and Office Manager. They are located in the West End, with about close team of 17 people in their London office. This role is fast paced and heavily EA based with some Office Manager tasks.
THE ROLE:
- Supporting 2 PartnerS
- Managing busy diaries
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and off-sites
- Coordinating extensive, worldwide travel and itineraries
- Private PA duties
- Allocate and process expenses
- Meeting management
- Office Management duties
- Greeting clients
- Arranging catering
The ideal Executive Assistant will ideally have experience in a fast-paced role. French fluency is required in this role. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and proactive working skills, and who will be friendly and professional during client interactions.

- Core hours of 8:30am-6:00pm
