Executive Assistant – Investor Relations

THE CLIENT

Our client is a global investment firm with a strong international presence and an active platform across private markets. They operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and place significant value on partnership, execution, and discretion. Executive Assistants are viewed as trusted partners to senior leadership and critical members of the firm.

 

THE ROLE

The firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support two Partners on the Investor Relations team. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role supporting a heavily external-facing function, with significant responsibility around investor roadshows, meetings, and ongoing relationship management.

This role is ideal for an EA who thrives under pressure, enjoys taking full ownership of their desk, and can execute seamlessly during periods of intense investor activity. The environment is dynamic, priorities shift quickly, and strong attention to detail is essential.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing dedicated support to two Partners on the Investor Relations team
  • Heavy coordination of investor roadshows and related logistics
  • Managing frequent domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Coordinating complex calendars and meetings across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing detailed itineraries, schedules, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Managing a high volume of investor meetings and relationship-driven interactions
  • Acting as a proactive and dependable partner as priorities shift
  • Responding quickly and effectively to time-sensitive requests in a fast-moving environment
  • Processing expenses and providing additional administrative support as needed

 

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in an intense, high-expectations environment. They are polished, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, external-facing environment
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly
  • Outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating Investor Relations roadshows required
  • Prior experience supporting Investor Relations professionals or teams within financial services
  • At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and an ownership mentality
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Experience supporting senior executives within private equity, asset management, or alternative investments preferred

 

THE COMP / WORK SCHEDULE / BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $130,000–$140,000, dependent on experience
  • Target bonus: 15%
  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days in‑office / 1 day remote
  • Comprehensive benefits package
