Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant
THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading global investment firm with a longstanding presence across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The firm invests across a diverse range of asset classes and is known for its collaborative culture, long-term approach, and strong global footprint. They are seeking a highly polished Administrative Assistant to join their New York office, supporting at the most senior level.
THE ROLE
This Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to a senior executive, acting as a true right hand across both business and personal matters. This is a hybrid Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role, requiring someone who is equally comfortable managing complex business operations and handling private, day-to-day personal affairs with discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
Complex calendar and inbox management for a senior executive
Coordination of board-level and senior leadership meetings, including materials and logistics
Managing highly detailed international and domestic travel arrangements, both personal and professional
Handling personal administration, including bill pay, household coordination, and related logistics
Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally on behalf of the executive
Preparing meeting materials, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups and deliverables
Maintaining sensitive documents and confidential information with discretion
Liaising with stakeholders, external partners, and internal administrative teams
Anticipating needs and proactively managing competing priorities across both business and personal matters
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a high-expectation environment supporting senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or senior principal, ideally within private equity or financial services
Prior experience in a blended Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant capacity strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience managing complex, global travel itineraries
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
High level of discretion and comfort handling sensitive information
Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong executive presence and ability to interact at all levels
Highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
COMP & BENEFITS
Base salary in the $120K–$125K range, plus discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. This role is based in Midtown Manhattan and offers strong exposure in a highly visible, senior-facing position.
