We are looking for a professional, energetic and self-motivated individual to join a leading and exciting venture capital firm. They are looking for an exceptional EA/OM who is accomplished as an EA, Office Manager and can also take on HR duties, Communications and manage events. Ultimately, we are looking for an all-rounder who can be the lynchpin and culture carrier of the office. 

This is an incredible opportunity for an EA and Office Manager looking for their next step up and enjoys being the sole support for an office and being the real ‘go to’ for everything that the team of 8 may require. You will be providing high level Executive Assistant support to the two Co-Founders, as they travel extensively, as well as supporting the rest of the team with ad-hoc diary management, expenses and other administrative requests. This is a meaty role and the team have high expectations and want someone to join them who is inspired by their mission. The Co-Founders really value the role and will give you a huge amount of autonomy.  Please note that the official title will be Business Operations Manager.

The EA/OM we are looking for will have a positive “can do” work ethic, have the ability to handle an ever changing day and be enthusiastic to get involved with everything that is required for the smooth running of the business. The ideal Business Operations Manager will have experience working for start-ups or in a boutique environment. Experience handling corporate social media accounts, writing blogs as well as organising events.


  • Diary and calendar management primarily for the two Co-Founders
  • Extensive travel organisation
  • Event management
  • Expense management
  • Being the go-to contact for any office-related issues including building management
  • Sourcing, ordering, and maintaining office supplies
  • Being the go-to contact for Facilities issues and ensuring Health and Safety protocols are implemented and maintained.
  • Supporting with onboarding, recruitment, training and payroll/bookkeeping processing
  • Supporting with pulling together investor presentation decks
  • Organising company offsites
  • Organising large external investor conferences


This is an office-based role, so we are looking for a Business Operations Manager who enjoys working in an office environment full time.
