Our client is a global investment management firm with offices all over the world! The New York office has around 250 people and a tight-knit team of over 20 admins. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a group of bright, hardworking, and personable individuals!
Our client is looking for a warm and reliable Facilities Coordinator to join their New York office. This is a great opportunity to join a positive group of individuals and work alongside another Facilities Coordinator!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain conference rooms
- Manage vendors
- Trouble shoot IT
- Manage repairs and daily office operations
- Stock and organize storage
- Ad hoc projects
The right candidates will be resourceful, reliable, and have a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in technological systems!
- 2 – 3 years of facilities experience ideally in the financial sector
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Desire to help with any task big or small
- Great communication and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
- Tech savvy
- $80k – $85k base and bonus
- 5 days in the office
