 A really exciting opportunity to become the most networked PA within a highly respected private equity firm.

The Role

This is a float PA role where you would be providing holiday and sickness cover when required and at times when you are not on a PA desk, you will be working on projects with the various teams across the business including HR, Operations etc.

The Company

They are based in Mayfair with around 150 people in the office. They have an excellent reputation within the sector and although they are an efficient and successful organisation, they also have a huge family feel.

The Candidate

In this float PA role you need to be comfortable looking after the most senior person in the business all the way to the most junior. Therefore it is essential that you have exceptional PA skills including the ability to schedule and book international travel, manage a busy and senior level exec’s diary, liaise with the appropriate people in order to set up meetings, manage inboxes and adapt to completely different personalities and preferences whilst doing this. No day or week will be the same in this role offering variety and constant new challenges.
