If you’ve got solid administrative experience, are a pro at managing diaries, and have a great attitude, then this role is for you! We’ve just taken on a very exciting Front of House/Assistant role at an incredibly unique private equity firm in Chelsea. They are currently 42 people strong with a sociable culture and are proud of their diverse environment, with half of the team being women. Another thing that makes this team different is that their investments are focused primarily within Africa.
THE ROLE
This is a busy receptionist /assistant role, where you’ll be based at the front of house within an open plan office–within the mix and buzz of it all. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Managing two meeting rooms
- Taking delivery of food orders weekly
- Ordering stationary and other ad-hoc office tasks
- Organising travel, mainly to Africa
- Managing diaries
- Processing expenses
- Other ad-hoc support where required
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Front of House/Assistant will have experience doing elements of this role, including experience managing diaries and on reception. However, they are more focused on attitude and fit above everything else. They’re looking for someone with a flexible personality and who is a friendly, team-player. This role is perfect for someone who is quite junior and is interested in entering the private equity sector.

- Hours are 8:30am – 5.30pm every day, except 8:00am – 5:00pm on Mondays
