One of our clients, an incredibly established and successful German private equity firm which operates on a global scale, is looking for a Team Assistant to join their HR team in their Frankfurt office. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in HR and is looking for a role which would allow them to progress in their career. On top of being a quick-thinker who can work in a structured and organised way, you must be able to speak German and English fluently and have some relevant HR experience.
The role:
You would be joining a close-knit friendly team that handles all aspects of HR for the company. As the Team Assistant you would be supporting the rest of the team in various capacities, but there would be a focus on managing payroll, reporting, and helping with recruitment.
Some of your other duties would include:
– Contributing to the development of the company’s culture and employee experience
– Helping to improve processes already in place in the office
– Creating HR documents
– Digitising information
– Helping to manage applications
The candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role would have a few years’ experience in HR administration and ideally have an understanding of payroll. It is also important to be fully proficient in German and English and to be familiar with MS Office. You should be able to work well in a team, enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment and be detail-orientated.
