THE ROLE:

My client is offering a rare opportunity to the right candidate to take ownership for the entire spectrum of HR Coordination, Systems Implementation and Administration work. Working with their Senior Operations Director, you would have projects and access to all areas of HR for this boutique office which is part of a large global private equity firm. The great thing about the role is the variation of tasks; with only one other person in the HR function, you will have the chance to take on many projects as well as take ownership of the day to day work.

THE CANDIDATE:

You should be an experienced HR Coordinator / Generalist with full experience of employee life cycle, including on-boarding / off-boarding, recruitment, systems implementation, and willing to perform all manner of HR tasks from admin to systems and process implementation.

You must have completed the Abitur (or equivalent) and gone on to relevant higher education.

You must possess fluent German and a high level of English to work in this international environment and you will liaise frequently with your counterparts in the US, London and other European hubs.
