Our client is a well-established and highly successful boutique alternative investment firm, with an incredible culture. We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Office Manager to manage their stunning offices, the team of EAs and the FoH Team.
As you will be the lynchpin of this office and will be managing an experienced group of EAs, current and extensive experience in a similar role is essential. The main duties will include but are not limited to the following;
THE ROLE
- Day-to-day management of the office space
- Liaising with contractors, and suppliers and handling invoices
- Working closely with the HR team to assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Management of the EA and FoH Team
- Event Management
- Ad hoc special projects
This role is based in the office, 5 days per week, so we are looking for a diligent and committed Office Manager who will come from a private equity or alternative investment background. You will have strong people management skills.

revious EA experience would be most beneficial as it will add to your credibility when managing the other EAs.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The core hours are 8:30 – 5:30 or 9 – 6pm with some out-of-hours work required, so flexibility is essential. Our client offers an exceptionally competitive benefits package, including a discretionary annual bonus, above-average pension, free snacks, healthcare, gym onsite, and much more.
