We are working on an exciting and unique opportunity to be a pivotal employee for an international investment firm who are setting up their first office in London! Roles with this much scope and autonomy are rare to come by, and as the first employee in London responsible for setting up the office, you will have an amazing project on your hands and with the support of the head office overseas.
Our client is looking for an Office Manager who can hit the ground running and help set up and manage their stunning new office, very centrally located. They have secured the space which is currently being custom built so they’re looking for someone who can take the reigns as of April and get everything off the ground and make it an amazing place to work as they grow over the next few years.
They are looking for someone who will embed their values and be the culture carrier in London. You will be the lynchpin of the office and as they grow start expanding your admin team.
Day to day will vary a lot, especially in the first few months, so they are looking for a very versatile office manager who can turn their hand to anything.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office manager, ideally within finance or a similarly fast paced industry with high standards!
