We have taken on a new role with a Mayfair based investment management firm. The company is well respected in Europe (French or German language skill an advantage) but newly established in the UK and is looking for an office manager and EA to assist with the smooth running of the office as it grows. There will be plenty of projects and scope to grow the role so it is an exciting time to join.
The Role:
- Overseeing the running of the office, maintaining supplies
- Liaising with contractors, including IT support
- Liaising with building reception and property management
- EA support to three senior investment professionals including the CIO
- HR duties: liaison with payroll, onboarding new joiners, LLP policies
- Document management and paralegal administration
- Assistance in arranging offsite events
The Candidate
should have prior experience as either an office manager or an Executive Assistant to senior executives. A driven and positive personality is ideal, as is a self-starter attitude. The team is small, so being friendly and personable is crucial. A background in investment is not essential but would be an added benefit.
