QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·      Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

·      Work cooperatively with those at all levels to deliver results

·      Take ownership and use creativity to accomplish assigned tasks

·      Experience within private equity or financial services

 

THE ROLE:

·      Act as a point of contact with external facilities maintenance company, building engineers, cleaning company, office plants supplier, and building security team

·      Keep aware of office items that need repair and arrange maintenance visits

·      Attend quarterly building tenant meetings

·      Assist senior manager in planning office events

·      Manage invoices and accounts payable

·      Support compliance team with compliance

·      Manage daily lunch orders

·      Order office and administrative supplies
