We’re excited to tell you about a fantastic part-time Receptionist/Office Manager role at a lovely private equity firm based in Mayfair. The role is 8.30am-5.30pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (there is no working from home). They are an extremely sociable and friendly office of around 20.
The Role
- Main switchboard duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Daily office upkeep and office management
- IT management
- Health and safety
- Ad hoc admin and projects
The Person
In this role attitude is everything, they’re looking for someone proactive, muck in and enthusiastic. You don’t need to have a lot of experience, but the willingness to learn, ask questions and grow will make all the difference.
