People & Operations Manager
Our Client
Our client is an ambitious, rapidly growing investment firm that has recently reached a major growth milestone with the successful launch of its latest fund. Partnering directly with the Chief Operating Officer, a dedicated, hands-on executive who currently oversees everything from board logistics to HR and finance operations, the firm is seeking an adaptable People & Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational backbone of the business. This is a newly created, highly visible position for a versatile, energized operator who thrives in a fast-paced, “all hands on deck” environment. Rather than a rigid HR specialist, our client is looking for a dynamic partner who embraces fluidity, loves creating structure out of rapid growth, and wants a true ground-floor opportunity to act as the COO’s key operational right hand.
The Role
The People & Operations Manager will support the COO in establishing, streamlining, and driving firmwide operations and human resources. Because no two days will look the same, this position requires high adaptability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges across people operations, administration, vendor oversight, and strategic initiatives. With a significant amount of whitespace to establish processes from scratch, this individual will play a vital role in building scalable infrastructure while supporting a fast-growing team.
