We have a lovely opportunity for an experienced receptionist to take on their next career step as a reception manager at a fantastic private equity firm in Marylebone. They have a very down to earth team and are looking for someone that is collaborative, supportive, and friendly.
Being proactive and organised is crucial to this role, as you will be managing the reception and client services team.
· Managing rotas and absences
· Day to day management of reception team
· Working closely with client services manager
· Meeting and greeting guests
· Various administrative duties
· Hours 9:00am – 5:30pm
