This receptionist will be working at a private equity firm based in incredible offices near Piccadilly Station. The work is extremely varied, and you will find yourself doing more than just traditional duties! This is a great stepping stone for someone looking to grow within the industry.
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Managing meeting rooms
• Balancing conflicting priorities with a calm and positive attitude
• Professionally answering phones and emails and directing as necessary
• Liaising with external vendors
• Administrative duties
• Involvement in marketing, events, and team assistant duties
• Drive to make this role your own and help the business with your skills!
• Core hours are 8:30am-6pm
