Receptionist/ Admin Assistant
Up to £40,000
We have just taken on a really exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/ office admin assisatnt to join a fantastic private equity firm in Chelsea. Their culture rests on collaboration, hard work and a muck-in approach, where no task is too big or too small!
This Receptionist role will be perfect for someone who is logical and very calm, that loves front of house but happy to take on Office Manager duties as well. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within financial services and corporate reception.
THE ROLE:You will work closely with the office manager and the role will be extremely varied. No day will be the same! The main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming/ looking after the guests
- Organise meeting rooms
- Budget and accounts admin
- Assisting with document preparation
- Day-to-day running of the office e.g. managing maintenance and supplies
- General ad-hoc duties
This is a really great opportunity for someone looking for more than a traditional receptionist role. They are looking for someone who is a confident and friendly character and not afraid to muck in when necessary.
