We have taken on a new role with a Mayfair based alternative investment firm. They are looking for a receptionist who will also take on office administration duties. This is a meaty receptionist role at a social and welcoming company.
THE ROLE:
- Meeting and Greeting clients or staff
- Switchboard management
- Booking and management of meeting rooms
- Arranging refreshments, AV requirements, and IT support for meetings
- Booking taxis for staff and guests
- Support to facilities team on ad-hoc basis
- Travel booking and diary management to UK staff
- Document and expense management
- Ad-hoc administration support throughout the business
- Assisting with event management
- Handling of couriers
- Organisation and ordering of office supplies
The Receptionist
should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. They should have experience within the financial sector, and in front-of-house services. Some experience working with facilities and diary management is ideal but not essential. The ideal receptionist candidate should be friendly and sociable, with a muck-in attitude.THE BENEFITS:
