Joss Search are excited to announce the appointment of Nicola Taylor as Managing Director.

In her new role, Nicola will be responsible for driving the continued growth of the business in the UK, Europe and US which will ultimately lead us to achieving our vision of becoming the ‘go to’ consultancy for placing business support professionals into the private equity and alternative investments sectors globally.

Nicola joined Joss Search as a Director in March 2020 with 18 years’ experience recruiting business support professionals within financial services. Her previous experience includes launching the Page Group secretarial business in 2003, and leading sector specialist teams across London. Her promotion recognises the work she’s done to help transform Joss Search with her vast knowledge and experience.

Ben Heathorn steps up to Executive Chairman and founder Sivan Joss remains heavily involved in the business as a Director. Ben will be focusing on helping to deliver the longer-term strategic goals of the business, and alongside her Joss Search responsibilities, Sivan will be spending more time focusing on charitable causes; we look forward to sharing more information about these exciting initiatives soon.
