Sivan is our Founder and CEO and has worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years. She left school at 16 and soon after, was managing a local restaurant where she discovered her passion for providing exemplary service.
Sivan moved into recruitment and worked for several firms before deciding to set up Joss Search in 2010 to focus on finding the highest calibre candidates and staff, regardless of their backgrounds. Quality is at the heart of everything she does.
Sivan is a busy bee and, when she isn't travelling around in a campervan with husband Ben and their daughters Ariella, Maisie and Maya, she watches her beloved Arsenal and enjoys keeping active. Sivan also loves music, surfing, reading and listening to podcasts.


Ben has been involved in Joss Search since it was founded, predominantly as a non-executive. He joined the team full-time in January 2018 having spent the previous six years launching and growing popchips to exit in the UK & EU and prior to that spending three years at innocent drinks.
He is passionate about Brazilian jiu-jitsu and spending time with Sivan and their three daughters Ariella, Maisie and Maya.


Nicola became our Chief Commercial Officer in July 2025, five years after joining as our Managing Director.
In her role as CCO, Nicola is responsible for our commercial strategy and business growth. She also leads our recruitment teams in London and Europe, with a strong focus on nurturing and developing both new and existing client relationships.
Nicola has more than 20 years’ experience recruiting PAs/EAs within Financial Services and is passionate about providing the highest quality service to both candidates and clients.
Having started her career as a PA herself, Nicola lives our mission to “champion the hidden heroes”.
Prior to joining us, Nicola was part of the team to launch the Page Group secretarial business in 2003 and went on to lead sector specialist teams across London.
Nicola enjoys keeping active, family time and is a regular on the side-lines of her son’s football team!


JP is the Managing Director of our US business and sits on the Joss Search board. He's an experienced recruitment leader with over 20 years' experience building and scaling high-performing teams. Previously he led multiple divisions at a New York based staffing firm operating in 23 markets across the US.
He's a 'people first' leader with a strong track record of building collaborative teams, who takes a consultative approach while providing a white glove service to clients.
JP resides in Hudson, MA with his wife, Carolyn, of 19 years, an 18 year old daughter who just started college, a 15 year old son (sophomore), and two dogs that run the household. An avid NY Yankees and Giants fan, JP has coached youth sports in Hudson (baseball, football and soccer) for 15 years, and enjoys spending time skiing in the winter, boating in the summer with his wife and kids, and you can find him at the piano all year belting out any Billy Joel song.


John Rose has 30 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, including 12 as CEO across global recruitment companies.
He joined Joss Search in 2018 and is a valued and respected addition to the team.
As Board Advisor at Joss Search, John’s support ensures we have the tools and expertise to grow the business.


Alan joined Joss Search in April 2026 as Director of Permanent Recruitment for the UK and Europe, where he leads and develops teams placing high‑calibre professionals across private equity and alternative investment firms.
With nearly two decades of recruitment leadership experience, Alan brings a deep understanding of a wide range of recruitment markets, alongside a strong commercial mindset and a genuinely people‑first approach. He has a proven history of building, developing and leading high‑performing teams, creating environments where individuals can grow, excel and deliver consistently high standards.
Alan is passionate about long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates, and is known for his honest, consultative style and attention to detail. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic sportsman who will give just about any sport a go, usually with plenty of commitment even if the skill level does not quite match the effort, and he is also a keen cook who enjoys spending time in the kitchen when he gets the chance.


Helena became a Jossie in July 2016, initially as an Associate Consultant. Over the last five years she's grown to lead our temporary recruitment division in the UK and has built an outstanding team, fostered an engaged temp community, and created loyal relationships with clients.
In January 2023, Helena headed to New York to open our first office on the ground in the US as our Head of our New York, and in October 2025, became our Executive Vice President for US Temps.
Prior to joining Joss Search, Helena lived and worked in Val d’Isere and spent four years working at Foxtons in their internal recruitment team.
Helena loves to cook, dance, ski and hang out with her friends and very big family (she’s one of nine siblings)! Oh, and let's not forget, Helena loves to start the day with exercise and is always in search of the best classes!


Sarah came to Joss Search in 2017 as a candidate looking for a career change. Prior to that, she worked in the retail sector, predominately the footwear industry so you can imagine the extent of her shoe cupboard!! We instantly fell in love with her infectious positivity and Irish charm, so decided to keep her for ourselves.
She quickly showed her passion for the team and all things office related – so in January 2018, Sarah was promoted to Office Manager and in November 2020, Sarah was promoted again to Operations and People Manager and oversees all our operational responsibilities - working hard in the background to keep us all in check and in good spirits. Sarah's most recent promotion was in September 2025 where she was promoted from Head of Operations to Associate Director, Operations.
Outside work she likes to travel, keep fit or have a Guinness or few with her friends. She’s a social butterfly, but don’t let that deceive you - she once spent 6 weeks walking the entire Camino de Santiago without a single technological device.


Nisha is an Associate Director and leads our UK Temp and Flexible Solutions team. She became a Jossie in November 2017 when she joined our temporary team after working in in-house recruitment for 5 years. Nisha has celebrated many promotions during her time with us including Managing Consultant and Head of Temporary Recruitment in London.
She's focused on nurturing her client relationships and supporting the team through their own development. Nisha is extremely passionate about cultivating our growing temp community and providing the best possible service to our clients.
She loves everything London has to offer, she’s an avid reader, a huge Harry Potter fan, (who isn’t?) and loves weekly netball games with the team.


Amy joined Joss Search in July 2025, bringing with her nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, with a dedicated focus on the business support market within the financial services sector. Her career began in London, where she specialized in placing temporary administrative professionals. In 2020, she relocated to New York and has since been instrumental in connecting top-tier financial services firms with exceptional business support talent for permanent roles.
Amy is deeply relationship-driven and takes pride in building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. She believes that truly understanding the needs, goals, and cultures of the people she works with is key to making successful, lasting placements. Her approach is rooted in the belief that work plays a significant role in our lives, and finding the right fit, both professionally and personally, is essential.
Throughout her career, Amy has been motivated by the opportunity to create a positive impact on people’s lives. She is passionate about ensuring that every placement is a harmonious match, where individuals can thrive and organizations can grow.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her beloved rescue dog, Prince. She’s an avid traveler, yoga enthusiast, and loves discovering new cultures through food and local experiences.


Tera joined the team in January 2025, bringing more than 12 years' recruitment experience across a wide range of industries, including that of EAs and HR professionals within accounting and financial services.
Originally from Connecticut, she made the move to South Jersey in 2023, after spending much of her career partnering with global firms and honing her ability to connect great people with meaningful opportunities across North America.
Tera is driven by building genuine relationships and helping candidates navigate pivotal career moments with confidence and clarity.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her outside with her pups, tending to her vegetable garden, spending time with family, reading, or planning her next travel adventure. There’s always something keeping life full, just the way she likes it.


Jill joined Joss Search in March 2026 as a Senior Consultant in our US Temp Recruitment team, bringing over ten years' experience in staffing. After spending recent years in internal recruitment and facilities, she was excited to return to a client‑facing role and the fast‑paced world of temp recruiting, where she’s always thrived.
Outside of work, Jill spends most of her time with her son and family - whether that’s at the soccer field, the trampoline park or making pancakes at home! She’s a big Broadway and theatre fan and is always in the middle of a reality show or streaming drama.




Sara joined Joss Search as a Consultant in December 2025, bringing several years of recruiting experience and a genuine passion for working with people.
She's originally from the Chicagoland suburbs and moved to the city after graduating from the University of Dayton, where she studied Marketing with a sales emphasis and minored in International Business.
Sara started her recruiting career in 2021 and quickly found that building authentic relationships and helping people navigate important career decisions is what motivates her the most.
Outside of work, she loves staying active, traveling, and exploring new coffee shops around the city. She currently lives in Chicago with her French bulldog, Theo, who makes sure there’s never a dull moment.


Cassondra joined Joss Search as an Associate Consultant for our permanent recruitment team in New York in February 2025 and in April 2026, was promoted to Senior Associate Consultant.
Having studied Anthropology at Binghamton University, she’s built a strong foundation for understanding people, something which is key in finding top business support talent who will thrive in the world of private equity and alternative investments.
Prior to joining us, Cassondra worked as a professional & office services recruiter, where she honed her recruitment skills and developed a deep understanding of client needs.
Outside of work, Cassondra is passionate about travelling, hiking and spending quality time with her family, especially her young niece!


Ciara joined Joss Search as an Associate Consultant for our permanent team in New York, in July 2025, having previously worked in recruitment in Dublin, Ireland. After studying Psychology & Sociology she has a passion for a people-first approach to recruitment.
Ciara grew up in County Galway, Ireland, playing Camogie - an Irish traditional sport where she developed her teamwork skills and drive. In her spare time, you can find her training and playing for the team that she joined out in New York.
Ciara moved to New York City in May 2025, and loves exploring the city and meeting new people.


Alyssa joined Joss Search as an Associate Consultant for our temporary recruitment team in New York in October 2025. She studied International Affairs, Spanish, and Nonprofit Management at the University of Georgia, bringing a global perspective and strong communication skills to her work.
Originally from South Texas near the Mexican-American border, Alyssa spent her first year post-graduation in Atlanta before making the move to New York City.
Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, comedy shows, movies, and quality time with her family. Her passion for connecting people with purpose-driven opportunities makes her a natural fit for sourcing top business support talent in fast-paced environments.


Alicia joined Joss Search in April 2026 as Business Enablement Lead, based in our New York office.
With a strong operational background, Alicia has developed her career around strategy, process improvement and supporting growing businesses. She plays a key role in ensuring the day‑to‑day operations of the US business run smoothly, working closely with both the permanent and temporary recruitment teams. Alongside this, she works with our UK‑based Business Enablement team across operations, marketing, insight and talent, helping to create joined‑up ways of working as we continues to scale.
Outside of work, Alicia loves spending time outdoors, making the most of sunshine and long walks. She’s also a very proud aunt to her young nephew and rarely misses a chance to share photos of him with the team.


Carla has worked in small business marketing for 10 years and loves helping SMEs supercharge their marketing and communicate with their customers!
Away from the office Carla enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and cooking.


Lauren joined us in October 2022 and was initially our Candidate Manager in our Germany team. In September 2023 she transitioned to our marketing team and is now our Marketing Executive!
Her passion for our brand was clear from her first day and we're delighted a position opened up within our marketing team, allowing her to utilise her creative skills! Lauren works alongside Carla, our Head of Marketing, and manages a lot of our design work, social media, event logistics and much more.
Prior to joining she worked as a Primary School Teacher after studying Primary Teacher Education at Oxford Brookes University.
In her spare time Lauren loves socialising, spending time with her friends and family, and finding new places for shopping and a glass of wine!


Jasmine has been a part of the Joss Search team since January 2017, initially joining as a candidate. After four promotions in seven years, Jazz is now responsible for client services, having mapped an incredibly rewarding career path through recruitment, mentoring and management.
In her current role she continues to nurture the relationships we have with our existing private equity and alternative investment clients as well as sourcing new clients to partner with in this space.
Before joining Joss Search, Jasmine spent a decade working in the sports industry, including a role as Commercial Partnerships Manager at the National Governing Body of Cricket (ECB), where she managed accounts for global sponsors and managing large scale events.
When she's not working, Jasmine enjoys spending time at home with her dogs, practicing yoga and meditation, and experimenting with gardening (though she admits to being a novice)!
In a previous life, Jasmine was an avid runner and accomplished one of her biggest challenges by completing the London to Brighton Ultra Marathon.


Jess joined the team in September 2021 as a Principal Consultant. Having worked in support recruitment for over 15 years she has been a long time champion of the hidden heroes and enjoys working closely with her clients to help them find their own. She's now Head of Permanent Recruitment in London.
Away from the office, Jess enjoys cooking and has a constantly growing list of new restaurants to try. She loves spinning, hates running but will always say yes to an endurance challenge if travelling is involved – so far walking across Jordan, climbing Mt Kinabalu in Borneo and husky racing in the Arctic Circle have all featured!


Straight from the USA (Kansas City, Missouri to be exact), Sarah joined Joss Search in December 2021. Originally planning to stay with us for a year through an international work/study programme, she started as an Associate Consultant for our New York team and helped us on our journey to opening our office there in January 2023!
After a year with the New York team, Sarah was supported to take initiative of her career by shaping a brand-new role for herself at Joss Search, successfully securing a visa to stay working in the London office. Her role as Growth and Engagement Manager was focussed on optimising the experience for our client and candidate communities through our technology, processes, and quality-driven approach.
In her current role as Senior Commercial Insights Lead, her focus is aligning our data-driven insights with our clients' evolving needs.
Joss Search’s investment in this role reflects our commitment to going beyond recruitment — we aim to be a true consultancy that delivers deeper, more impactful support to both candidates and clients.
Sarah works with the leaders across the business to continually enhance our value offerings, elevate the client experience, and deepen engagement.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys cooking, taking care of her many houseplants (23 in total!) and spending her weekends exploring London and nearby countries.


Jesse joined us in August 2022 as our Talent Manager and in October 2025, was promoted to Senior Talent & Development Manager.
He's responsible for finding great people for the business and ensuring our team are constantly developing their skills. In his previous internal recruitment position he created and established a global recruitment function for World Animal Protection, a well-known international animal welfare charity.
Jesse is passionate about people, culture and values. When not at work, Jesse is spending most of his time with his children and dog Luna.


Claire is a Principal Consultant on the permanent team at Joss Search. She has extensive experience in the alternative investment sector having worked as an EA for some of London’s most successful private equity firms for over 10 years. She joined our team in April 2013 having been a candidate for many years.
Claire has successfully developed relationships with some of the largest buy-out firms as their go-to consultant for excellent support staff. Known as CJ, she is very active and incredibly competitive when it comes to sports. She loves skiing, is very social and a real team player!


Josh became a Jossie in 2019, starting with us as an associate consultant. He had just returned from a year of travelling after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a geography degree in 2018. He is a confident and hardworking individual, always looking to provide an exceptional level of service.
He's now one of our Principal Consultants, having achieved many well-deserved promotions!
Josh has a burning passion for skiing and is always planning his next trip to the alps. When he isn’t heading to the slopes, you can almost guarantee he is heading to an Asian restaurant to try new and exciting dishes.


Rebecca was promoted to Managing Consultant in October 2024, after joining us as a principal consultant in our London permanent team the same year.
Having trained horses and worked in education, she then moved into recruitment and has extensive experience placing EAs into a variety of industries including private equity and alternative investments.
She cycles to the office and is always keen to hear about the latest podcast recommendations for her journey. At the weekends she can be found at her local gym and has become obsessed with Reformer Pilates.
She's recently tried her hand at water skiing and surfing with limited success and tries to get out of the UK for the weekend city breaks with her grown up daughter.


Alexandra, also known as Al, joined Joss Search in April 2024 as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to a Managing Consultant in October 2025.
Al’s journey in recruitment began just over two years ago where she realised how much she enjoyed connecting top-tier candidates with leading firms - contributing to the growth and success of both clients and candidates alike.
Before venturing into recruitment, Al worked as the Head of Operations for an Asset Management consultancy. Here she started as an administrator before working her way up the ranks. This provided Al with invaluable insight into business support along with a deep understanding of the importance of ‘Hidden Heroes’ - something we're very passionate about here at Joss Search.
Outside of work you’ll find Al either at a gym class, trying new restaurants or hanging out with friends. She's a regular at Glastonbury (magically managed to get tickets six times) and loves listening out for new music. A fun fact about Al is that she used to live in Dubai and work as an air stewardess.


Georgia joined us in 2024 as a Senior Consultant on our London permanent recruitment team. Having worked within business support recruitment since 2016, supporting with both permanent and temporary hires, Georgia comes with a wealth of knowledge. She's passionate about providing our candidates with the very best experience and championing those hidden heroes!
Georgia has a passion for travel, with her favourite experience being travelling across Canada, as well as Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park. At the same time, she's also a real home bird – enjoying long country walks with her mini-Labradoodle and trying new local restaurants.


Ellen is one of our Consultants for the London Permanent Recruitment team.
She studied French and Spanish at the University of Southampton which included a year abroad studying in Spain, and has just moved back to England after a year teaching English in the South of France.
In her free time, Ellen enjoys long walks, yoga, watching rugby and getting lost in a book. Being from Devon, she is excited to explore all that the big city has to offer and to try out all the restaurants and cocktail bars!


Emily is one of our Consultants for the London Permanent Recruitment team.
She joined us in June 2026 after three years of experience in Accountancy and Finance recruitment, having worked across a wide range of commercial sectors. Prior to this, she worked in FX sales, which developed her passion for working with people and enabled her to transition into recruitment. She graduated from the University of York in 2022 with a degree in Psychology.
Outside of work, she loves to keep active, running and cycling around London, as well as getting out into the countryside and socialising at the pub with friends.


Amy joined Joss Search in 2018 and in October 2025, transitioned from a Managing Consultant to our Senior Candidate Manager for London.
Amy is extremely passionate about championing her candidates and finding them their dream job. In additional to candidate management, Amy is responsible for managing and developing a small team of Jossies.
In her spare time, you'll find Amy either in the gym or watching as many musicals in the West End as possible!


Originally from Melbourne, Aydin recently relocated to London to pursue a lifelong ambition. Before joining Joss Search as a Candidate Manager, he spent three years as a Recruitment Consultant at a boutique agency, specialising in both temporary and permanent placements across the Hospitality, Retail and Customer Service sectors.
Passionate about building genuine connections, Aydin loves supporting individuals in finding workplaces where they can thrive, while helping businesses secure exceptional talent.
Outside of work, Aydin is an avid fan of sport, music and film. Whether cheering on his beloved Chelsea, enjoying a live gig or festival, or relaxing with a great movie, he's happiest when surrounded by the things he loves most.


Lea joined Joss Search in August 2025 as a Candidate Manager, after nearly five years at the famous art sellers, Christie's. She then moved into recruitment, initially focussing on the cultural and arts sectors before taking on a new challenge in the financial industry.
Outside of work, Lea can often be found visiting exhibitions, exploring new restaurants, or planning her next trip. She loves discovering new places!


Laura is the most northern member of the Jossie Temp Team. Having previously worked on various temp assignments through Joss, it seemed like a natural career move to join the temporary division as a consultant, helping to place other candidates looking for short-term work.
Outside of work, Laura loves to binge-watch anything and everything on Netflix, try out new cafes and restaurants across the City and is an avid Class Pass member.


Erin joined Joss Search with three years of recruitment experience in the Financial Services industry. She's passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and after several years working in the higher end retail sector and in property she knows how important it is to build long-standing relationships.
Originally from the North Yorkshire countryside, she's relatively new to London and is still enjoying exploring the city!
Outside of work Erin likes to spend her free time on breaks to the Southern Countryside taking her back to her country roots (mainly to steer away from a shopping addiction), spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling often for a sunny escape.


Jade joined our London temp team as Senior Consultant in March 2024, after nearly 5 years in recruitment.
Jade started in recruitment when on a working holiday in Australia, before she returned to the UK and made her mark in the vibrant cities of Cambridge and London.
With a keen eye for talent and a passion for finding the perfect fit for candidate and clients alike, Jade has honed her skills over the years, helping organisations build exceptional teams and individuals find their ideal career paths.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys immersing herself in all that London has to offer. Whether that’s trying out the latest restaurant, attending an exhibition, watching a play, catching up with friends over a cocktail or simply losing herself in a good book with a flat white (with an extra shot, of course)!


Rachel moved from sunny Los Angeles to London to join us at Joss Search in June 2022 as an associate consultant for our temporary recruitment team.
Since then, she’s been promoted to a Consultant and loves working with our temp community of candidates and clients alike.
Rachel graduated from the University of Southern California in 2017, and during her time at USC spent a semester abroad studying psychology at University College London. Since studying at UCL she’s always dreamed of returning to live and work in the UK.
In her free time Rachel enjoys reading, travelling and golf, and she’s also an avid Formula 1 fan.


Rosie joined Joss Search having graduated with an undergraduate degree in Geography from Loughborough University, and having spent some time travelling the East Coast of Australia. She spent a year and a half as the Community Manager for our temp community in London before celebrating her promotion to Consultant, specialising in Front of House roles, in January 2025.
As our Front of House specialist Consultant, Rosie is the 'go-to' person for all reception needs. For years, we've listened to clients talk about the challenges of hiring on reception, so we set out to find a solution. Recognising the critical importance of reception roles within businesses, we restructured our team to ensure one person could bring full expertise, agility, and focus to this area.
Rosie has a deep understanding of the reception role and our dedicated reception community. She's committed to learning about the unique fit required for each client and matching that with the skills and strengths of each candidate. With complete oversight of availability and full ownership of our reception talent pools, Rosie ensures a simple, seamless process for clients.
Outside of work she loves to be active. Rosie loves running and trying out new classes, but also loves food and trying out new dinner and brunch spots. She’s always looking for recommendations for places to try!


Tess joined Joss Search in January 2025 as our Temp Community Manager for London and, in October 2025, was promoted to the position of Consultant.
Originally from Australia, Tess relocated from Melbourne to London in May 2022 and felt ‘at home’ straight away. Her professional experience has mostly been working in business and office support recruitment but prior to that, Tess worked in the non-profit and charity sector where her role primarily focussed on helping vulnerable women and young people.
In her role as Community Manager, Tess is responsible for connecting with our community of temps, being their main point of contact for support and guidance and of course, hosting our temp socials throughout the year.
Outside of work, Tess loves travelling, running, Pilates and exploring London!


Karis originally joined us in October 2024 as our New York Temp Community Manager via the Mountbatten programme. Prior to this, she'd graduated with a degree in marketing and management at Newcastle University in the UK.
After completing her year in New York, we were delighted that Karis moved back to London to join our London temp team as their Community Manager - what a journey to have worked on both sides of the pond! In April 2026, we celebrated Karis' promotion to Consultant.
Karis really enjoys travelling and over the summer of 2024, travelled around Greece and worked as a waitress at the Wild Rabbit.
Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, seeing her friends and trying delicious food, as well as going for runs and challenging herself to the toughest exercise classes!


Alice joined Joss Search in April 2026 as our Community Manager for the London temp team. Previously, she'd spent six months at Carlyle, a global private equity firm, where she worked as an HR Assistant. This was her first career‑focused role since graduating from Nottingham Trent University, where she studied Psychology with Criminology.
After completing her degree, Alice spent six months travelling across Australia and South East Asia, before beginning her career in the corporate space. Prior to this, her experience was rooted in hospitality and retail.
Naturally extroverted, Alice enjoys spending time with friends and family. Outside of work, she loves reading and her gym classes!


Emma is our Managing Consultant within our Germany team and focuses on recruitment in the Frankfurt market. She initially joined us in January 2024 as a Principal Consultant.
Emma has more than eight years’ business support recruitment experience, predominantly from within the financial and professional services sectors.
Prior to relocating to London from Australia, Emma came from a wine sales and marketing background.
She prides herself on providing a consultative approach to recruitment and is passionate about developing long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
In her spare time Emma loves to travel and attends live music and theatre events.


Hiie joined Joss Search in 2022 as the Candidate Manager for Europe and is now a Principal Consultant for Munich, having celebrated three promotions in her time with us. Her focus is on finding the top candidates and helping them achieve their career goals.
Prior to joining the Jossie family, Hiie worked in a variety of administrative positions in London and Melbourne. Her passion and experience for the field is what she hopes to bring to her job, and she looks forward to matching the best candidates to the right clients.
In her spare time Hiie enjoys travelling and exploring her love for cooking.


Emma has worked in executive search and recruitment for 7 years and takes real pride in getting to know people, understanding their goals and motivations, and hopefully steering them towards their dream job!
In her spare time, Emma can be found planning adventures with her two cheeky boys, hiding from said gremlins with a good book, cooking or struggling her way through a HIIT class. She also lives for a good quiz and is unashamed to admit to a slight (major) obsession with Bradley Walsh.


Georgia joined Joss Search after discovering a real passion for working with people and providing exceptional service that makes a difference. Previously working within Student Services at Auckland University of Technology, Georgia has a real desire to support others.
Based in London, Georgia joined as a Candidate Manager for team Europe, excited to work with the community in Germany, Amsterdam and more.
Originally from New Zealand, Georgia has recently relocated to London and is excited to get stuck in and join the work hard, play hard culture. In her own time, she loves anything sport related and getting active. She enjoys family time and connecting with friends and is looking forward to discovering everything London and Europe has to offer.


Joanna joined us as our Operations Coordinator in January 2024, after working for 5 years in the Records Team at an Intellectual Property Law Firm.
She went straight into work after Sixth Form and progressed in her previous role from assistant to administrator and then finally coordinator.
Outside of the working world, Joanna is a big fan of the West End theatre, spending time with friends/ family and exploring new cities.


Hope joined Joss Search in September 2022 as a Consultant before quickly taking on the management of our London candidates. Following two years working closely with our candidate community, she turned her hand to a new challenge, and stepped into an Operations Coordinator role in October 2025.
Her passion for processes and organisation helps keep things running smoothly, allowing our consultants to work quickly and efficiently.
Originally from the US, she moved to Scotland in 2017, and got two degrees in medieval history before moving to London. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding, skiing, singing, and travelling with friends


Bryony became a Jossie in January 2015. As the business has grown she's held many roles within the ops and management teams, but for the time being works remotely a few hours a week whilst primarily focusing on her lively little ones! She has a love of the rules and an eye for detail, and currently works mainly on our compliance and terms of business.
Outside of work Bryony has a newfound love of gardening, and spends her time with her children, friends and family.
