Executive Assistant

THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors within a highly visible, client-facing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action, can anticipate needs before they arise, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex and ever-changing calendars
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries and meeting materials
- Organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
- Acting as a gatekeeper and point person for senior stakeholders
- Assisting with CRM updates, reporting, and administrative tracking
- Processing expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
- Drafting correspondence and helping prepare presentations and reports
- Partnering closely with other assistants to ensure seamless team support
- Handling special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
- Anticipating executive needs and proactively solving problems before they arise
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a polished, proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys supporting senior leaders and operating in a high-performing environment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the MD, Partner, or C-suite level
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong calendar, travel, and meeting management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience working within financial services, private equity, investment management, or a similarly fast-paced industry preferred
- CRM experience is a plus
- Spanish language skills are a plus
THE COMP/BENEFITS
- Base salary up to $130K
- Paid overtime

- Hybrid schedule with 4 days in office
- Core hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
